Venerable Dr.Phra Shakyavongsvisuddhi

Venerable Dr. Phra Anil Sakya was born in Nepal in the Buddha's clan of 'Sakya.' He was ordained as a Buddhist novice (Samanera) at the age of 14 in Nepal and got a higher ordination as a Bhikkhu in Thailand under the preceptorship of His Holiness Somdet Phra Nyanasamvara, the Supreme Patriarch of Thailand (1980).
       He received B.A. in Sociology (Honors) from Mahamakut Buddhist University, Bangkok, and later was awarded a Ph.D. in Social Anthropology at Brunel University, Uxbridge, Middlesex, United Kingdom (2000). Throughout his study in the UK, he was awarded with the Royal Scholarship from His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand.
       Due to his contributions on creating sustainable and greener society, in 2013, he was awarded with a medal of 'Legend of Planet,' one out of six in the world.
       Currently, he is residing at the royal monastery of Wat Bovoranives Vihara, Bangkok, in the capacity of an Assistant Abbot.

Professor Dr. John Nirenberg
School of Management, Walden University, USA

John Nirenberg, PhD - has served as a dean, professor, consultant, and writer seeking to uncover the principles that result in eupsychian organizations - psychologically healthy, creative, productive and satisfying workplaces. John is currently Vice President for Strategic Innovation at T-Quad, a consultancy that facilitates thinking through innovatiove processes and solutions to stubborn organizational issues. He also serves as a visiting professor at Universities around the globe. Most recently he was a Visiting Professor attached to the Centre for Civilisational Diologue at the University of Malaya (October, 2017).

John is the author of Global Leadership (Capstone/Wiley); Power Tools: A Leader's Guide to the Latest Management Thinking (Prentice Hall); and, The Living Organization: Transforming Teams Into Workplace Communities, published jointly by Irwin Professional Books and Pfeiffer and Co. His articles have appeared in professional and academic journals on five continents.

He has lived in Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and Thailand for almost ten years where he was an educator and consultant. While in Malaysia he edited Aspects of Management in Malaysia. It was the first management textbook in Malaysia that integrated Malaysian cultural influences with conventional management principles. While in Australia, he developed the PROBE teaching methodology for practical organizational behavior education.

He received post-doctoral training in interpersonal dynamics at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business where, upon completion of his training, he served as a course facilitator in that program. He earned his Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Organizational Behavior, a Master's Degree in Social Science, an MBA, and a Master of Fine Arts degree (Creative Nonfiction Writing).

Michiyo Furuhashi is a member of Konohana Family, a Japanese spiritual and self-sustaining community whose life style demonstrates an alternative living model for the next era. In the community, Michiyo is in charge of international communication, organization of educational programs, and also takes the role of representative director at "Green Grass", a non-profit organization. She served as an international board member of the Global Ecovillage Network as well as Gaia Education from 2011 to 2014.
